2003 to 2005 China Norway Health Research and Development Exchange Project

Three year exchange programme between IT Engineering Information School of Renmin University, Peking Union Medical College and Institute of Clinical Medicine, University of Tromsø, Norway .  The exchange thematics included Patient Electronic Journal Modelling (Doctors Work Station Project) at Renmin University and Basic Medical and Clinical Science Research at  Medical Faculty University of Tromsø. Projects were supported by  FK Norway and Norwegian Directorate of Health Services-Ministry of Health and Care Services  (Bilateral Agreement on Health between Norway and China).

2005 to 2007  Localization of Norwegian IT Health Integration Platform and EMR to Chinese Hospitals

In 2006 CSAM Patient Portal developed at Rikshospitalet (National Hospital of Norway) was successfully  localized to the Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH) . A cooperation between  CSAM International-Medinova and PUMCH and supported by Innovation Norway IFU/OFU .

In 2007  Norwegian Electronic Medical Journal System was successfully localized to Beijing’s Sekwa Eye Hospital by   Hove Medical International .

2003 to 2009 University of Tromsø  Cooperation with Beijing University of Chinese Medicine

Cooperation between the National Centre for Alternative and Complementary Medicine (NAFKAM) and the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.  Wholly funded by the Directorate of Health Services-Ministry of Health and Care Services under the Bilateral Agreement on Health between Norway and China.

2006 – 2012 FK Norway Asia Health Research Network Project

A 6 year research networking and exchange  project financed by Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs  (FK Norway) facilitated by Institute of Clinical Medicine, University of Tromsø  with participation of the  Sekwa Institute of Medicine, Beijing.

2010 China Norway Norwegian Healthcare and Innovation Expo

The  Norwegian Healthcare and Innovation  Expo was a  exhibit and networking event   during Shanghai World Expo in 2010 held at the  Nordic Light House presenting 8 Norwegian Med Tech Companies, NTNU and St Olav Hospital. The event was financed by participants, Innovation Norway  and the  Royal Norwegian Consulate in Shanghai.

2011 to 2014 Norway China Specialist Exchange for  Community Health Systems

A cooperation between the  Descheng Community Health Service in Beijing and Oslo and Akershus University College and University of Oslo exploring modalities for research and exchange in the arena of community health service delivery. Supported by the Norwegian Research Council’s  Specialist Exchange Grant Facility with China.

2016 – Cooperation with Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences
